Workforce Development Institute

New Orleans is host this week to the Workforce Development Institute.  The Institute is put on by the American Association of Community Colleges and should be a good place to learn about how a system like WorkKeys from ACT can benefit a community in it’s workforce development efforts.  Many Community Colleges have gotten the message and understand it perfectly.  Others see the WorkKeys Employment System as just something useful to those with “blue collar” pursuits.  On the contrary, the WorkKeys system applies to 85% or so of all jobs available in the US today.  The conference is at the New Orleans Sheraton.  Come and enjoy New Orleans.
